With January behind us, it’s time to prepare for the next fun holiday. Valentine’s Day is coming up quickly and celebrating with my kids is my favorite part of the season. I love putting together fun Valentine’s Day crafts with my kids and especially enjoy helping them find the perfect Valentine’s Day cards to bring to school.
My youngest son is obsessed with dinosaurs. While I can find store-bought fierce dinosaur Valentine’s Day cards, they didn’t feel like a good fit for my fun-loving 2.5-year-old to bring to his Montessori school friends. I wanted something playful, colorful and fun. So, we put together a page filled with adorable, colorful, striped dinosaur Valentine’s Day cards for him to take to his classmates with a mini dinosaur toy attached. Today, we’re offering our dinosaur themed Valentine’s Day cards free to you too! Simply print, cut and enjoy!

Valentine’s Day is so much fun now that I have children. I love working with them to make something that fits their personalities. Last year, my older son brought glow bracelets and a fun card that we made together to his classmates. Getting creative is always fun and finding something that fits each child’s personality is such a joy. These dinosaur Valentine’s Day cards can work in so many ways and perfectly fit my little one at this point in his young life. Playful, fun and colorful!
There are many ways to use these free printable cards. Why not send one each day with a special treat in your child’s lunch box to remind them just how much you love them? Or, have your child hand them out to classmates and teachers on Valentine’s Day. You can add mini dinosaurs like we did by picking them up at your local craft store or online in bulk. Simply attach them in any way you prefer (several ideas below in the directions). They are inexpensive and would make a fun treat that isn’t candy.
If your child or someone you love is a dinosaur lover like my guy is, these free printable dinosaur Valentine’s Day cards may be just perfect for you this February.

We had our local FedEx Office team print our free dinosaur Valentine’s Day cards on one 8.5 x 11 inch white card stock sheet. Any weight will do, although I do prefer a heavier card stock for these, especially if you want to add a trinket or treat to the card. For this printable document, be sure to select full color.
Once you have the free dinosaur themed Valentine’s Day cards printed, you can cut out the Valentine’s Day cards and attach a treat or mini dinosaurs with a sticky dot. You could also attach them with washi tape or some colorful baker’s twine. There are so many options to have a unique one-of-a-kind Valentine’s Day card for your child and his/her friends and teachers.
Your local FedEx Office can do all of the printing for you so you can enjoy life with your little ones!
